What To Do If?

 I just had a treatment today and accidently ate what I was supposed to avoid for 25 hours.

Massage or buzz the gaits (the points on your Right hand, then left hand , then left foot and right foot and finally your right hand again. Continue avoiding that food for rest of the 25 hours.

There is no way I can avoid taking the medication or eating the food I was treated for today.

Using the vial you were given of the item you were treated for or holding the item you were treated for, massage or buzz the gates before and after coming in contact with the item. Or, holding item or vial, massage or buzz the gaits every 2 hours until your 25 hours are finished.
